Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RevealFun (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use RevealFun.

2. Description of Service

RevealFun is a platform that lets users upload images, generate shareable links, and create interactive “reveal” experiences where the image is progressively uncovered by the viewer. We offer both free public reveals and personal reveals funded by credits.

3. User Content

By uploading an image to RevealFun, you confirm that:

  • You own the image or have explicit permission from the rights holder to use it.
  • The image does not violate any applicable law or our Content Policy.
  • You grant RevealFun a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, display, and deliver the image solely to operate the Service.

You retain all ownership rights to your uploaded images. We do not claim ownership over your content.

Important: Personal reveal links are publicly accessible to anyone who has the link. Do not upload sensitive or private images if you do not want them accessible via a shareable URL.

4. Credits and Payments

  • New accounts receive 3 free trial credits upon registration.
  • Credit packs purchased via Razorpay or Stripe expire 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
  • Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase — see our Refund Policy.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
  • Use the Service to harass, stalk, or intimidate others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its APIs.
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or bans.
  • Use the Service to distribute spam or malicious links.

6. Content Moderation

RevealFun reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Content Policy, without notice. Accounts that repeatedly violate our policies may be suspended or permanently banned.

7. Personal Reveal Expiry

Free trial reveals remain accessible for 7 days from creation. Reveals created with purchased credits remain accessible for 30 days from creation. After expiry, the reveal link will return an “expired” message and the image is deleted from our storage.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. RevealFun does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevealFun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or revenue.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
