DMCA Takedown Policy

RevealFun respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on RevealFun infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice as described below.
How to Submit a Takedown Notice
Send your notice to dmca@revealfun.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice”. Your notice must include:
- Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone, email).
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL(s) of the infringing content on RevealFun (e.g.,
https://revealfun.com/r/abc123). - A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
What Happens Next
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly (typically within 48 hours).
- Notify the user who uploaded the content.
- Provide the user an opportunity to submit a counter-notice (see below).
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@revealfun.com including:
- Your full name and contact information.
- Identification of the content that was removed and the URL where it appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
- Your signature.
If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
Repeat Infringers
RevealFun has a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers, in accordance with the DMCA.
