DMCA Takedown Policy

RevealFun respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on RevealFun infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice as described below.

How to Submit a Takedown Notice

Send your notice to dmca@revealfun.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice”. Your notice must include:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone, email).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The URL(s) of the infringing content on RevealFun (e.g., https://revealfun.com/r/abc123).
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

What Happens Next

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly (typically within 48 hours).
  2. Notify the user who uploaded the content.
  3. Provide the user an opportunity to submit a counter-notice (see below).

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@revealfun.com including:

  1. Your full name and contact information.
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and the URL where it appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
  5. Your signature.

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

RevealFun has a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers, in accordance with the DMCA.
