Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Window

If you purchased a credit pack and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used any of the credits in that pack.

Partial refunds are not available for partially used credit packs.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@revealfun.com with:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • The date of purchase and the payment amount.
  • A brief reason for the refund request.

We typically process refund requests within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Credit packs where any credits have already been used.
  • Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations.
  • Free trial credits (these are complimentary and non-refundable).

Credit Expiry

Purchased credit packs expire 30 days from purchase. Expired credits are not eligible for refunds. We send no reminder emails about expiry — please use your credits before the validity period ends.

Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or your payment was not processed properly, contact us at support@revealfun.com before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly.
